We will reply to you within 2 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). We will aim to resolve your complaint in a timely manner and will indicate to you how long the resolution may take.
If your issue is not resolved, you can contact our independent external dispute resolution scheme: Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL). FSCL will not charge a fee to investigate or resolve a complaint. Their contact details can be found in our FAP Statement and our Service Disclosure Statement (SDS).
